What better way to round off a test-tastic 2022 than by hitting a significant milestone?
We are determined to meet our users’ needs. That’s why we embarked on the mother of all recruitment drives, and we’re happy to announce that we now offer 100,000 quality-assured testers ready to dive test-first into 2023.
But what does that mean for you? Well, let’s grab a coffee and find out.
We have 100,000 testers
First and foremost, we’d like to say a heartfelt ‘thank you!’ to every Userbrain tester for their fantastic work. We couldn’t have achieved this incredible milestone without their hard work and dedication.
Since 2015, our mission has been to provide fast, simple, and affordable user tests. We understand how difficult it can be to find good testers on your own, which is why we’ve put so much effort into finding the best people for the job.
We compensate every Userbrain tester for the time and effort spent using your products and services and we’ve been fortunate to build a fantastic community over the years.
Who are Userbrain testers?
We’re proud to have qualified testers on call from over 100 countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Spain, Germany, Austria, and many more. Userbrain testers come from various backgrounds, and we’re delighted to offer user tests in three languages: English, German and Spanish (so far!). So you can rest assured that we’ll find the perfect test users for your product.
Every single one of our 100,000 testers is quality-assured and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, just let us know, and we’ll assign you another tester. In any case, your feedback is highly appreciated because we want to maintain our testing pool to the highest possible standards.
Userbrain is getting faster
Of course, the main benefit of a more extensive testing pool is that you will receive your test results faster than ever before. Why? Because we have a record number of qualified user testers ready and waiting to take on your next big project. With speedy results, you can identify usability issues sooner, refine your product and create better user experiences.
Be specific, if you need to be
Perhaps it’s surprising, but our research indicates that it’s not important to test your products with your target users. What we found is that it’s much more important to start testing, and to test consistently, regardless. That’s because user tests aim to find issues in our products and services, and it really doesn’t take an expert eye to spot schoolboy errors. However, we understand there is a time and place to be more specific with your user tests.
Earlier this year, we added the option to narrow down suitable testers by screening, alongside demographic filters. Although it may still take time to fulfill ‘niche’ requests, wait times are coming down thick and fast as our tester community grows. So we’ve got you covered if you’re looking for American college students, German speakers with iPhones, or skydiving Spanish abuelas.
Please, don’t take our word for it
We could talk about how amazing our testers are until the cows come home. (No, really, we could go on and on… and on some more!)
But it’s time for you to see what all the fuss is about for yourself.
